Her mushroom production started from self-thought videos online until she furthered her knowledge of the technology when she became CMU-ATBI’s incubatee. She developed innovative ways of growing mushrooms, giving them a distinct taste that other fresh mushroom products do not have. She earns income from selling mushroom fruiting bags, fresh mushrooms, and processed mushroom products such as mushroom sisig, chili paste, and chicharon.
